Personally I think in order to get first time deliveries, surely letting us posties out earlier in the morning, we will have more chance of catching people still at home. In my office our dispatch is 09.50.

Bring Back 04:45 starts, out the door by 07:30, will be able to deliver shed loads first time,hardly bought anything back when we did that, second delivery could be anything that fits through the door.

Never going to happen, work would need to arrive in inward MCs earlier and probably more staff would be needed for that to happen

I don't know how MC's work, but they are implementing a system where the mail only goes through once and not as it stands twice ?

Are you referring to there being only one wave of sequencing instead of 2?
