Hi, my name is paul. I've been in RM since 1995. Joined on the advice of my father who said 'follow me in RM son, you'll never regret it'
Sometimes I feel like strangling him :P
Incidentally he joined RM in 1953 having retired in 2003 having done a few weeks short of 50 loooooooooong years.
One of the worst things happening to RM he said shortly before he retired was the introduction of 'Acting' managers and the loss of PHG's. I agree with him on that
