My Son has moved to a commercial building which is going to be turn in to a house, He has given his address to all the relevant people but is not getting any bank statements ,letters etc.
What does he need to do

May sound silly, but is there an accessible delivery point at the property ie a letter box ?
If the mail cannot be delivered it will be returned to sender.
