depot transfer to royal mail

Hello!
My name is Omar Edwards and I'm a permanent employee of parcel force Gatwick depot,I'm moving to the Leeds area at the end of the month and would like to Transfer to a royal mail depot in the Leeds area..can you explain how to go about it as I don't want to move to the area and be out of a job..thanks and look forward to hearing from you..
