Hello! I've been a postman since November 2013 started on a temp contract to help ease Christmas pressures, I've been taken on on a 20hrs contract and obviously I do over the contracted hours! I was wondering do we get a pay rise after 6months?? If yes how much?? Someone mentioned it in the office the other day and I didn't want to ask!! So I thought I'd ask on the forum and get a proper answer rather than a guessed one!!

50p an hour after 6months and then another 50 p an hour after a further 6months'

Cheers for that!! I need a bigger pay increase after the day I've had! Been bite in the ass by sheep dog today!! Had a jab at the docs! All good fun!!!
