i am waiting a small package from the post office 124 Deansgate Bolton Lancashire done on 7th novemb 2013 with the option: "next dey delivered"
i hadnt receive on the web site there is written "your item is currently progressing through our network"
status is

what does it mean the ultimate state?
what i need to do?

It should have been sent from Greenford Mail Centre to West Kensington PDO but it looks to have vanished at some point on this journey. Contact Customer Services on 08457 740 740 or on Twitter @RoyalMail and get them to investigate what's gone wrong
