Training and paperwork. You will be out on delivery hopefully with a trainer so make sure your ready for the weather and stay hydrated.

You will usually be put with a work placed coach and they will teach you how things work and take you out on a round which should be your round for at least 6 weeks, youll prob be with them for 3 days then be left to go out on your own!

On my first day I was put with a bloke, who wasn't a workplace coach, and he wasn't happy with it because I slowed him down. He even said to me 'why me.' Don't get me wrong he's a nice fella but he just wanted to be out by 9 and back by 12 without anyone holding him up. I was thrown right in at the deep end but I'm still here 6 months later.
