An RM customer/business.
Can a serving posty explain why mail that's recorded gets shoved through letterboxes with no signature? I was informed from RM support when I can get through to them - that mail recorded now goes to a neighbour if not in at address. Great because everyone is so honest these days too. Yes as a business im covered from seller protection, but how does the customer feel? ANGRY like me! Angry that my rates went up last year with no improvement in service, angry that my sacks 4 times out of 10 are ripped, Re-supplies of tags, bags never arrive, angry that increasingly higher percentages % of mail goes missing and hardly ever returned (with R.A) on the reverse, Angry that RM hired temp staff at crimbo who have no loyalty to the job or the decent hard working section of RM staff who want to keep there jobs. Because my god..... RM will sink if this continues. Not just me saying this either, many companies are suffering from the awful...just awful service.
Good posties aside (and there are good ones) the rest, whether its depots closing or lack of morale or wages...... its a joke. Not said lightly either.

That's what privatisation gets you, crap service and your pockets dipped,we just started preparing for it in 2003 thanks to the early and unnecessary implementation of a vague EU directive.
I would apologise on behalf of the company but to be honest there are others, past and present making far more than me that should be doing that...and the public/customers are due a slice of that guilt too.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
