how do you stop a bully bullying?

hi anyone remember high school? i do vividly, a group of four big lads made my first two years hell. they would seek me out take my money and give me a slap. every day for nearly two years! why me? why not pick on someone else?many sleepless anxious nights and days crawled by until i knew why! ...... because i let them! this scenario is trying to manifest again, royal mail managers are the big boys..but i'm not going through that again! no way! i've been standing up to them,as i'm not using my car on delivery and am cutting off and taking my meal breaks in office. they're trying to give me the mental slap, but i'm stronger than they are, i've been the victim before so i know what to expect. i feel a bit sorry for those who can't deal with the pressure of this type of situation,but believe me letting it happen is the worst thing to do .they won't just go away.the answer is to fight back. it can be tough, but the feeling of no mental harassment is reward enough .if we all stand against the bully he becomes weak and powerless . UNITED WE STAND.DIVIDED WE FALL! IT'S TIME TO GIVE THE BIG BOYS A TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE!,

In my office we have manager bully, he only picks on people who dont say much. This man is near retirement age you'd think he'd want a quiet life but no he just causes problems all the time. Its sad really i think he's got small willy syndrome or something like that!!
