Hi Everyone.

Hi People.
I will be starting on the 29th of May (Induction day) and the following day in the depot.
Been reading a few topics and there are a lot of negative comments but is the job really that bad?
I will be starting on 23 hours per week for 6 months, is there much chance of getting kept on and maybe even getting more hours out of it?
Also when are you provided with your uniform?

"Is the job really that bad"
It depends what office your in by the looks of things. Some people seem to have awful managers, which brings the quality of the job down.
I've been working for RM for just over a year and I love the job tbh. Just get on with your job, keep your head down and you have no worries.

"is there much chance of getting kept on and maybe even getting more hours out of it?"
If your a spare and there's no work going for you at the office then who knows whether you will be kept on. But if you are given a round every day or most days its likely that they will need you past the 6 months. I'm on about my 5th 3 month contract and i'm still here lol.
As for the more hours. Its unlikely they will give you a contract with more hours for a while unless your lucky. But theres always overtime if your up for it and although i'm on a 25 hour contract, they've been asking me to come into the 34 hour times for a few month now.
