Are they bringing our goal posts with them

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Wembley 67 now there was a game. L Tommo kindly reminds us Jocks that it was upon reaching Derby we returned hame for some irn bru and tunnocks tea cakes. It has to be said that if I was being led by the wee Italian po..tah who was christened Charles, Edward, Lewis, John, Philip, Casimir, Sylvester, Maria STUART I'd have legged it back hame after reaching Carlisle never mind Derby.

Rumour has it that the old Tartan Army historians prefer Jacobites actually camped the night in my Royal Burgh before force marching to Carlisle and then on to Derby.

Historically the Scotish Jacobites did not receive the expected support from their English Jacobite counterparts - therefore Scottish Council of War persuaded the Young Pretender Bonnie Prince Charlie to abandone any further advancement to London. The rest as they say is history.
