getting fed up

in a small office nearly five years where

van guys get one in every three weekends off the rest have one in every six because of the rota

when it comes to holidays all the peak times are taken cos the ones who have been there the longest get first pickings

have to do our walks then more over summer so the holidays are covered and you cant even get any decent time off

whole thing sucks! :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo! :Boo hoo! :hmmmm

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I totally emphasise with you hairy posty, same at our delivery office, twice the work for half the money, and the round I do is bout two miles longer than van rounds and takes upto about 1-2 hours longer than full time rounds. Watching full timers sneak off before part timers for free money is crap. Especially when national agreements were put into place to save jobs.pity management ain't. Got the balls to say anything
