Hi,fellow posties.
Have been on some of the other so called independant postie type boards and they are full of Management and bully boys who if your not of the same persuasion(ooh err!)i.e I LOVE RM,you get a hard time.
Anyhow been a postie off and on for 20 years(two spells one full time 12 years and now 8 years part time.)
Also worked for the enemy Parceline for a year,set of cowboys. :d'oh!

Welcome BoltonPostie. I must be honest it can be a bit heated but only rarely. As a Mod I have only had to step in a break up an argument one or two times. So long as no one gets personal everything is fine. We are less management tolerant than the other 2 sites that I know off.
