Sack for not doing d2d, that crazy what does your union rep say about this? good luck with the appeal.

he was not much help, was told it was wifful delay of mail and it took than five 5 weeks to let me know, got my appeal date for 2weeks time, fingers crossed cheers, ps any one heard the same as me and not been sacked

They often don't do D2D in my office and don't seem to get the sack or warnings ,
even had a casual in to do some of them today that had not been done for about 4 weeks as the person who normally does the round has bben on light duties in the DO office.

It strikes me that the CWU is in league with the (management)I use the term loosely,think beyond the box ,they want all long term staff gone ,replaced with cheap labour....big wages for top union officals,that you are paying for with your subs....Are you sure you are getting value?
Public service be damned ,the daily threat culture ,goes against, what I was instilled with 25 years ago,and that service ethic that came from my fellow Posties,not the shitty management....
