support posties except those who to exploint customers

I support and always have our posties even though I live in a postal training and have only phoned up once in over 20 years to make a query this was about ten years ago after my bank cards went missing, I was told at that time that I lived in a training area and what did I expect. I gave up and put up as there were only occasional mistakes when the whole street walked up and down handing out wrongly delivered mail. Most trainee posties did well considering there were very few numeric markings on our estate, although a few neighbours made official complaints, I couldn't really blame them many tried realy hard.
My biggest problem started in march this year, everyone around me knew I favoured rescue dogs to puppies, and big black scared shitless all bark jump and threat German Shepard I rescued and rehomed over 4 years ago was well known posties, delivery men and leaflet droppers. He did infact jump up on a postie when he didn't realise my husband had not secured the back door , he was scared of dogs and I understood this and no other incident occurred for months as I made sure of this. But early this year there was a strange incident. The postie went up my neighbours drive and my careless husband had again not secured the back gate. But normally in these instances the posties would just move on to my other neighbours. My dog can jump his bounderies but never does. Mr I W Smith knew all this information, heard and saw my dog prior to entering my property by gate swinging his deliver bag, I heard my dog from the living room and went to the window to see him enter the gate into the drive swinging his delivery bag, I knew by the sound that dog was heading past my front door which ment the postie see him so why would he enter and purposely use threatening behaviour towards him. My dog was smashed over the head at least three times by his heavy delivery bag. And I was the idiot that apoligised and got an repeatable mouthfull. The following Monday I got a knock on the door by a femail manager with a secation of mail order, this was resolved within a matter of hours. But 5 weeks later Mr I W Smith with the Help of CWU and Tony Ropa began their bullying for cash settlement claim with multiple threats that went on months, I have kept all emails, regular mail etc. They bullied and tortured me for money because I appeared to to be an easy victim, I still have all the transcripts and decided what to do. What I do know is Mr I W Smith and Tony Ropa reak of bulling for financial gain and sadly that tarnishes the best of British Mail and ALL POSTIES and CWU kind of like labour goverment tarneshes politics. I still support the post men and women of this country to forward and get the best deal and I do not support the sell off of our postal services into privatiseation.
