I joined the postal service some 15 years ago and become more and more frustrated with the way it is being destroyed by the current management for short term profit. I don't regard myself as millitant but believe enough is enough and let's try and sort this once and for all with the help of all staff, a well informed general public not just the one sided image portrayed by the media, and sympathetic polititions who understand and support our plight. My particular gripes are 1. the poor service we now provide to our customers 2. the unfairness of down stream acsess, and cherry picking to line the pockets of the rich not improve the service we offer our customers 3. the disgusting manner in which our pension fund has been de-valued by R.M and the goverment to facilitate the 13 year pension holliday they enjoyed. 4. fair and equal treatment of all staff with regard to all aspects of the job, with the emphasis on doing the job correctly and efficiently without comming in early or using thier own transport....I would realy like to see R.M restored to it's rightfull place as the best postal service in the world for our customers,the staff and the company.
