Managers? yeah right.. Failed postmen

Why is it im doing the job of a Manager, for example Keep safes given out to early but i notice and have to give them back so it can be delivered on the correct day, Redirections starting to late because they have been sitting in there office to long... The great before 9 oclock special delivery service that the public pay for, i need a time machine because we cant leave the office until 9.30? ..... We have an on going joke at our office instead of calling them Managers we call them Supervisers it sounds soft but they hate it give it a go .......

Thanks good to be on here .....
Team Leader .... i have trouble with the word Leader and Team even ...
All we want to do is our jobs properly and we are not being given a chance, Last saturday for example kept on the sorting till 7.30 giving us 15 minutes to prep our jobs which reults in it being boxed up for a massive Monday also resulting in cut offs.... They are getting paid for Fu@king the Royal Mail up, would like to see how it would run with out the little Hitlers .....

What with managers being suspended on the West coast of Scotland.
And managers suspended on the East coast of Scotland.
Perhaps now is the time to take the John Lewis model to its logical conclusion and run Royal Mail as a workers cooperative.
