Post by michael r postie »

i cant beleive how the mail has gone down hill
]i was a manager for 12 years and ii have never seen the decline in r mail
your managers are are not trained to deal with the day to day of this situation
i was trained for weeks in r mail they get like a week
they have no training at all
im ashamed at r amail for manager training
im glad im getting out next year cus im ashamed odf r mail
uve no idea how to train a manage

I know of one or two managers that jacked it and went back on walks. They gave a couple of reasons, chiefly ,they could not with a clear conscience keep trotting out the bull ,and they could see which way the axe was going to swing and needed to maximize their chances of keeping a regular wage albeit reduced

Now I know we don't always see eye to eye,but I hardly think you should vent your spleen on a new poster calling him a liar with only your unshakeable inner self belief to go on :no no Bad form :no no

Ignoring the usual irrelevant waffle, it's more the belief that no-one with speelin an gramer that bad could have risen to those dizzy heights.

It's what always catches out the Wiki philosophers, Wiki financial pundits and Wiki political theorists too, or at least until they learn how to cut'n'paste and Spellcheck....eh?

I dunno...we have a couple of long serving managers at our place with dyslexia and it hasn't held them back particularly.

What, you mean it might not be just some daft postie pretending to be something he's not ( !) possibly for propaganda purposes?

Hmm, things must be worse than I thought.... :confused

I've been reading through some of your previous postings and have come to the conclusion that you must be a Train Spotter or something of that ilk. Why are you so argumentative and condescending. You need to stop reading Psycology monthly.
Maybe you are Billy Hayes in disguise and this is the only way you think you can talk to your members. Either way you need to get out more.
