MOVING FORWARD????

As a postman who stud on the picket line for 4 days losing money with my colegues, only to be told to negotiate with management to help clear the build up of mail that had acculmilated, due to the strike action at wallasey d.o., after being told by the c.w.u.. to not negotiate, to do the job "properly" , no use of cars, take your allocated breaks, so on, makes me think, us as cwu member what powers have we got, after all we keep here`ing is WE ARE THE UNION!!!!, it`s not good enough, bullying tackticks by management is not on acceptable, I know other postmen will read this and to some exstent can relate to the tacticts that what is happening in there own office, royal mail is making millions of pounds profit and yet they won`t give the delivery men, women, a pay rise, IT`S US PEOPLE THAT MAKE ROYAL MAIL, come rain or shine, sleet or snow, we deliver wt people want, it`s time to make a stand and make them realise that were not to be taken for granted, UNITED WE STAND DEVIDED WE FALL!!!!!!
