New recruit
Hi another new recruit to the site. I have been with the royal mail for 3 years. not long compared to most. Im a delivery postie. Even in that short period of time i have seen noticable changes.IE. 2 strkies , change of start times, pegasus, The office i work in ,the best way to describe it is a JOKE ! Its blatantly obvious to me that the managment just dont care. They seem to think every one is stupid and will tell you any rubbish and exspect you to believe it. Its no suprise to me the royal mail is in the state its in today. With managment not giving a dam this attitude is trickling down to the work force. The coming months are going to be interesting. I used to enjoy my job but thats changing with every week. Rant over i realy hope things improve but im very sceptical.
