Hiya thinking strongly about applying for the RM graduate operations programme next year. I came on here to suss out the
union relations to operations managers (as I understand it the people that manage 10-15 size teams) and see what people
make of the applications procedures if anyones gone for operations from the shop floor or as a graduate.
Not particularly impressed with the privatisation plans, going to be one massive out sourcing c*** up like it always is,
they've already needed to re-nationalise part of the railways.
