I am not happy with the attitude of the people at the top ie Crozier and Leighton who seem determined at any costs to drive wages down and cut jobs at the same time.

Crozier spoke on the radio interview and said that he and other senior managers were taking a pay freeze which is great when you are on £600,000 per year and he are going to be awarded a bonus of £350,000 for the amount of jobs he cuts!!

Maybe it is time we started to lobby MPs to try and get the 2 at the top to see some sense.

Postpeople cannot carry any more weight in their bags than we are now. Management are asking us to do increased delivery loads and the majority of people are working to their time as it is.

The postoffice busines plan will never work as not enough thought has been put into it. It needs more union involvement.

Hello and welcome mailman71 :wave nice intro friend,i know our union are on the case and we have alot of support from MPs,the one that springs to mind Kate Hoey who is campaigning alot on our behalf,yes mabey it is time for a big ralley to let people really know what is going on.
