I've been working in Carrickfergus for past 4 years and in that time we have noticed a sharp decline in morale in the office with several staff being off with stress as well as not enough staff for the duties we have, overtime worked regularly on several duties, unable to get your rest day, worst HYS results in NI if not country (recent one triggered several safety nets, senior management have to come down AGAIN to sort out the problems), well I'll stop ranting for now.
