Been banned from almost every (so called) postman forum and i don't expect this site to be any different! Been a walking postie close to 15 years. I have seen morale in my office,G7*, go up as well as down. Usually up when our so called "leaders" get found out. Usually down when we accept another unsustainable budget cut.

Been banned from hellmail and postbox (i think thats what it was called) Lost a good few seconds sleep over being put on the naughty step with they sites, but thats what usually happens when you criticise how OUR company is being run!

Hellmails forums have gone now they have become a commercial postal news site 
and you might mean PostmanChat on the other one. They have changed a bit but they were famous for banning people that were pro-union during and before the 07 strikes. I think they have changed the Admin on that site as well. Still we are the best and once again welcome.
