hi im jay been with rm 15 yrs now started part time in 94 now ive worked my way up to a rural driver(woo hoo).ive seen the job change when i started you took one bag out and had one dropped off thats it.no sky,no saga,no nat trust.and the managers these days are diabolical there lazy,uninterested and most of them are bullys,has anyone seen the s**t tricks they try i had the silent treatment the other day where they ask you a question and stay silent when you answer it,which nakes you feel awkward and end up dropping yourself in it by keep talking.dont fall for management bollocks.all for one and one for all.
