New to the royal mail chat

Post by Wellsian »

Hi All
I have just discovered this forum and would like some guidance on how to apply for flexible working hours as I'm a single parent, can anyone point me in the right direction to make an application through HR. My line manager is great but seems a bit reluctant to help me make a formal request, even though occupational health have advised me to do it.
Many thanks

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
