were losing lots of our staff now who have been here for years ,but cant take any more of this job nowadays. the worst part is the people they are now taking on, useless,retards etc come to mind.This is the royal mails future !!!

Can't agree that all new starters are like that, but I know what you mean.
But as in all things you get what you pay for, but RM don't seem to understand that.

Might be because we get moved from place to place all the time never enough time to learn a round and never getting paid for over time and TNS. I know i make mistakes but all i can do is appoligise and that just makes things worse, because management think your weak.
