Hi everyone,
This site really is an invaluable source of knowledge so thanks to everyone for making this happen.
Having a good relationship with my local postman, I am shocked at the extra work that is now being passed on:
Ranging from the amazon pick ups that mean his cart returns to base heavier than when he started, to the automatic next day deliveries.
Trying to do my bit and on a small scale help where I can. E.g make alternative arrangements if I have a return for amazon, and pro actively offering to take undelivered parcels for my neighbours as I'm mainly in the house anyway to save redeliveries.
You guys are great and a huge thank you from me, just a customer, to everyone involved: from our local posties, to the MC, DO staff and everyone in between.
