Having left royal mail in 1997 and now fast approaching my 55th Birthday i am eager to take my pension soon.
i enquired to Capita at the beginning of October for a pension valuation. Since then i have been continuously fobbed off. Despite endless telephone calls, numerous emails and even a letter , i have hit a brick wall, no response of any substance just excuses excuses excuses.
Finally last week i emailed the CEO Jonathan Lewis (jon.lewis@capita.com) and after 3 days i got this response..........

Firstly, let me apologise for having to escalate this to me.
I have forwarded to the executive officer responsible for this business and asked them to address as a matter of priority.

So i now await with further with bated breath, sounds like even the CEO is fobbing me off !!
Has anyone got anything positive to say about Capita ?? I need some hope !!!!
