Hi All,
Dennis from the Wirral here. I have a question regarding the CyclePlus scheme as I can find no answers and the hotline was not answering the phone.
How long does it take to receive your Letter of Collection after confirming the benefit? I chose for it to be sent to my email 3 days ago and still nothing has arrived and nothing to download on cycleplus website either? Has anyone any similar experiences?
