My name is Mick Matthews I am an assistant cwu rep at Welwyn Garden City. Over the last few years in Welwyn we have had to adapt to the changes forced upon us by SDD and The Way forward. I believe It`s time to send a clear message to messrs leighton and crozier and all those other parasites we deserve better, better pay, better conditions and a better say in the future of this industry.
