hello collegues.
just a quick introduction. i've been a postie for 2.5 years and a cwu rep for 18 months. we face a big test in the coming weeks. As a local rep i would urge every cwu member to vote YES to secure OUR future in this business. A NO vote, and most of the people posting on this site will be forced to look for other employment within 4 years. RM want to take £350M a year out of the business until 2011 using mass job cuts and converting full time jobs to part time without negotiation. RM as tried this already at D.O's using executive action. With strength and solidarity we can defeat the suicdal business plan and move forward using the union vision.
