hello there my name steve from telford i am a posti and have been for a long time, to long some times i think
i have never agreed with strike action,but with what royalmail are try to bring in and make us do i now agree that
a yes vote is the only vote i still love the job but royalmail are making it harder
all the time to enjoy the job.

The latest CWU handout has stated that an all out strike is not on the cards as indiscrimate strike action is more effective and we still get paid (something anyway!). It also says it will consult with the membership the best action to take. I work in a delivery office with a staff of about 80 odd and discounting the van drivers about 95% of the rest use their cars. We all know that the delivery offices run on the goodwill of the staff, withdrawing that goodwill will cause chaos!.................BRING IT ON!

Mate ello and nice post, this issue has been running in most DO's for as long as i can remember? The use of CARS is such a damaging way of stripping
jobs from every DO in the country.. This is at the sharp end of the job.. I worked on DELVS forjust over 5ys, 7YS MC. and found all the bods using cars where
only looking out for themselves and NEVER THE FUTURE!!! Well the future has come up now and has bitten us on the arse with a massive chomp!!!!

The issues of saving our own jobs has never before been so important. Active people in telling it as it is!! And asking the car users to look again at WHY
SHOULD THEY USE THERE OWN CARS WHEN PAYING OUT FOR WARE N TARE, INSURANCE, AND ALL THE TIME LETTING RM SLASH THERE OWN JOBS AT THE SAME TIME!!! THE FACTS ARE ALL THERE TO SEE!!!! WE ALL KNOW ITS TRUE, JUST SOME DONT WANT TO SEE IT!!!

VANS AND BAGDROPS ARE THE ONLY WAY FORWARD!!!!
