I think its great that rm managers follow this !
They spend hours in conference calls being brainwashed by the layer of management above.
Visiting here helps to ground them in reality
It must be a sobering and humbling experience to find that your dom credibility is almost zero on this site.

The bigger and more active this site the harder it becomes to police (i mean spoil)
The sorts of managers chasing online phantoms are exactly the ones that need distracting from picking on their staff.
Bring it on i say let them join the debate, let them defend the indefensible.

I am not going to out them as its against the rules but there are some Managers who do come on here and give it to us straight and I applaud them for that. However, a lot more lurk, if we could engage them as adults all the better. Which is why I tend to come down with my "Moderator" posts when people post "You must be a manager" meaning it as a put down.

Its one of my 2 biggest gripes when I get going, generalisation and using someones job as a put down. I really cant see why being in 1 profession or job is better than another, we all sit down to defecate and just because someone runs the country does not make him any better or worse than a street sweeper or lollipop lady.
