POL: Crown Offices – Quarter Four Bonus Payments & Sales Incentive Scheme

I am pleased to advise that, following negotiations, bonus payments on a number of telephony products will be increased. We have also reached agreement that the existing Sales Incentive Scheme, originally due to be reviewed at the end of March, will now continue to operate into 2008 and until the impact of the introduction of Financial Service Specialists and Product Sales Specialists on sales performance can be better understood. The following joint statement has been agreed.

Joint Statement on Quarter 4 Incentive

Despite an encouraging start we are still behind our annual sales targets, consequently a good performance in quarter 4 is critical.

To increase the focus on our telephony products we have agreed that from 20 December 2007 until 26 March 2008 the Crown colleague bonus payments for the following products will be increased:

Broadband - from £8 to £10
Dual (HomePhone & Broadband) - from £20 to £30
HomePhone - from £8 to £15

Sales Incentive Scheme

The current Sales Incentive Scheme is due for review at the end of March 2008. We have jointly decided to continue the existing scheme until we have had time to understand the impact of the introduction of Financial Service Specialists and Product Sales Specialists on sales performance.

These are positive developments and we encourage you to do your best to increase sales and in turn improve your bonus
