POL members have overwhelmingly voted yes for all three Pay Agreements as follows
POL ADMIN
Votes in favour of the Pay Agreement: 104 (88%)
Votes against the Pay Agreement: 14 (12%)
Turnout: 118 (50%)
POL CROWN OFFICES
Votes in favour of the Pay Agreement: 2479 (87%)
Votes against the Pay Agreement: 372 (13%)
Turnout: 2857 (61%)
POL SUPPLY CHAIN
Votes in favour of the Pay Agreement: 582 (86%)
Votes against the Pay Agreement: 91 (14%)
Turnout: 674 (52%)
The above ballot saw every CWU Branch deliver a majority yes vote in all sections.
The positive result means that arrears of pay and those allowances that are due to be increased, together with relevant lump sums, will be paid on 21st December wages, or if monthly paid, in December salaries.
Members are thanked for their support in achieving real improvements to pay.
