FAO Post Office Staff: Label Stock Code

Hi there,

I have a load of parcels which I need to send back using the PacketPost Returns/Home Shopping Returns service. However, my local post office doesn't have enough of those big barcode labels used with them to process them all. I have an account with the Swindon Distribution Centre to order label stock so the Postmistress has suggested I order some of the barcode labels and get them all pre labelled.

I have sent a request in for them by email, but they didn't understand my request. They suggested I get a stock code for them and my local postmistress can't seem to find it either! Is there anyone here who works for the post office that knows the item code for these labels?

Any help would be fantastic! :Very Happy

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

If your Sub Postmaster accesses on her Horizon System:

Help> Help Home> Back Office F10> Ordering Stores and Stock F3> Transaction Stock Catalogue F8> Page 2> Royal Mail F14> Page 3

She will find Mail Order Returns Label, Item Code PFU69, Pad of 50.
