Do existing waivers get transferred to new incoming subpostmasters?

I dont think they do, but if you are appointed as a Postmaster your letter of appointment should tell you what waivers must be applied for.

Selling anything that POL has as one of their own products or services, without the appropriate waiver. For example selling Foreign exchange on behalf of a competing supplier is a no no, so if the person you are buying from was doing this then you must not continue with the practice.

So if there was a Paypoint machine being used for all the services that Paypoint offer, many of which compete with POL, and there was no waiver in force, then this type of practice must cease when you take over.

You are buying into the Brand, and you must not undermine the Brand.
