Has anybody had a waiver approved to use paypoint for non post office transacations in the retail shop side of their post office?

I know of a Sub Post Office that got PayPoint in without informing The Post Office and they continued with it for nearly a year before it was taken out by PayPoint for not doing enough transactions.

Ask the CoOp, Martin Mccolls, and all the other multiples, they seem to get away with it.

I take it they give waivers for non PO trans through Pay Point?
