As were getting festive I wonder what the score will be around Christmas decorations this year? I recall last year it was a no no, and then a back track and go and buy some....
Have we still got them crushed in a box in the store room??

I love Christmas. I know my sub post master will be putting them up in his shop but I have no clue about the PO.

We've already had notice that it's fine to use your decorations from last year but that NO new funds are available for this year.
Come the mutualisation....
