Getting excited that "some schemes now involve making an energy key or card top up" just goes to show these clowns have never been near a counter.
So let's get it right, build the queues up with barcoded payout letters, most for just ten or fifteen quid. Spend more time at the paystation terminals to load up their key or card then return said key or card to customer and wave them on their merry way
Yeah, I could just see Natwest or HSBC fighting for that contract
