The "Have Your Say" exercise would work best if it were presented in the same form as a pregnancy testing kit. It's handed out, we all piss on it, but the management all look disappointed at a totally negative result.

Hi all

Just out of interest, when our 'office' got a bad result we all had to come in early for WTL session
with area manager (or whatever they are now) resulting in 'another' have your say, a few weeks
later. No results heard on that one - but the following one many of us didn't 'say' anything
and there have been no more - does that mean if 'they' don't hear what they want to, they
don't bother to ask anymore? I wonder :Very Happy

We had this about 2 years ago the first one was bad so we had another 6 months later, that was worse so we had a meeting and made a list of what we thought was wrong, and had another HYS three months later that was even worse, at that point i think they gave up.

I noticed the latest results on the Focus TV yesterday. Looks like everything is going in the wrong direction and only three in ten people ‘feel valued by The Post Office’. I think that’s a business wide figure, and I suspect it would be lower in Crown Offices.
