As far as I know these figures are available on the INTRANET, on the Crown Office PC, something to which we mere mortals do not have easy access...
I found them back in the summer, but it took some digging.
Wouldn't surprise me if you are correct - management strategy in my part of the world seems to be increasingly built upon aggression...
