has everyone got thier appraisals yet?
mine said i had poor sickness record and i have had one day off in eight years and a mate was told her performance had improved dramatically in the last six months even though she had been on long term sick for most of the time with a serious illness!!

it will be used in a unprofessonial manner to settle petty vendettas , they want a culture change which means toeing the RM group line .
