Mr. financialspecialist does have 'form' when it comes to opinions that don't agree with his. If he can't win the structured, adult debate then words like 'pathetic' do seem to appear in his posts.

I, like my learned colleague, would suggest that if you can't disagree with other people without being extremely rude then how about simply not bothering?

I honestly don't know how features in structured, adult debate. I also don't think that saying that all CAMs losing their jobs is a victory for us is adult either, there is no balance on this forum. It is very much a place for slagging off management, without any grey areas or middle ground. I have a lot of time for my CAM and I don't know of one person she has sacked, or anyone she has made life difficult for and that is the reason I think she is being pushed out the door.

Your so right Our CAM has constantly ignored bullying and harassment claims about the BM he has also ignored the fact our BM is not fit for the job, but he would cause he promoted her, and guess what he kept his job!!

I think she is being pushed out the door.

What does this actually mean? The 'departing' Crown Area Manager in this area has been found a job as a Branch Manager.

What interests me about this situation is why the Organisation has decided to do this now, and for what reason? What skills did the unsuccessful candidates lack, and what skills will their replacements have that make them more suitable for the role? And above all, does it portend a change of direction, and if so what will that direction be?

I agree with you, get rid of the lot of them they are so far up their own backsides they haven't got a clue what is going on in the real world. Our CAM never got her job either, I'm absolutely made up she put one of our staff on a warning because he said the word guaranteed for special delivery instead of would you like it there tomorrow? I don't want to scaremonger but we have heard from a very good source that POL only want 100 CROWNS left this is from someone who has been in the business for 30 years and is on our side, watch this space. I like being pathetic I get told enough times a day that are sales are pathetic..... So what soon the sales culture will be gone along with all the hangers on who in the past will cost us our jobs because of all the money ££££ spent on their wages.

Cam's are like Turds that will not flush away, but in the end their bullying and Fear mongering falls on death ears and they break up and flush away.
