IWW, management lackeys? I said previously I am not a manager. I am an employee of POL and a paid up member of the CWU.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:armani wrote:OK I'll expand for the ones that don't understand and can only reply via smilies.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:armani wrote:I'm amazed at how we as a company haven't moved on in the last 3-4 yrs.

I understand management lackeys like you only too well. I understand your game. If you check back over my messages on here you will see that I'm quite capable of replying to stooges like you with much more than emoticons. When the likes of you refer to 'we' you infer that everyone working for the group is on the same side. We're not! It took no time at all for several of us to come to the same conclusion that you are not one of us. Why do you suppose that is? It's because we've all been around long enough to suss you lot out. My suggestion to you, and those like you, is to go away and read something more than The Courier. Try to rise above yourself. That way, you might reach the obvious conclusion that there are two sides to this current dispute. Us, and you.
I know perfectly well what I'm fighting for and I'm very well aware that you are fighting for something completely different. If anyone is weak on here, it's you. The idea that you thought you could come on here masquerading as a CWU member and imagine you could have us fooled is laughable. Are you happy going forward with this company? Well, if you consider the erosion in working conditions and pay we have all been subjected to in recent years as 'going forward' then I expect you are. As I said earlier, you've been sussed.armani wrote:IWW, management lackeys? I said previously I am not a manager. What I am looking for is some answers to my original posts on here.
Please do not resort to personal attacks. It only drags you down and makes you look weak.
The reason I am asking about all this is we are all adults and are able to make choices through life.
One we all need to face and make is,...
Am I happy going forward in this company or am I better off out.
No point in staying to try and defeat the good work some put in.
Thats why I would like to know whats the main problem, is it our line managers becoming personal and demanding you achieve XYZ or is it one of the previous things I have posted.
Once again, I am not a Manager, please dont think that because I enjoy my job I need to be ''one of them'' afterall isn't that what we are fighting against (bullying and harrassment)

Will that be the satisfaction you so long for???
