Um.... I know of no FS who has managed to trigger the extra tier of payments for hitting targets , only the EMS (express mails specialist) in my office is likely to benefit this year.ja_lo wrote:[snip]..... although still not clear on bonuses etc, but i'm sure that will all come :)
Following on from billyhayes comment about 'how the job was sold to you' our current branch manager was definately misled regarding the 'sales manager' job they originally signed up for.
