This is what is so wrong with the new FS recruits. They seem to be taught now that we provide the bread and butter of the 'sit-downs' by referring from the counter.
This is only a part of it. You do have to mingle about a bit, get amongst the riff raff, coo at a few ugly babies...
They wont just come over to you whilst your sitting at your desk playing on your laptop.
I work in a busy working/middle class town in a giro scum ridden Crown Office, but thanks to our FS's who pull the finger out, it all helps towards a nice £300-odd quarterly bonus.

Thoroughly excellent. Our customers will not be aware that we have suddenly decided to open at 08:30, and will be at Tesco squeezing sprouts with a view to purchase, whilst I have a leisurely coffee and ponder what I shall buy the ‘loved ones’ for Christmas.

Focus 35 carried information on this but it only appeared in some offices' issue, strange.

Been confirmed for this , and probably our last year here, at 12:30.

Now a joint statement saying 8:30 to 12:00 with a message that next time (if there is a next time) don't be counting on it as it's outside COSA.

At least Andy's been having some tea and custard creams with Richard, that's nice in this season of goodwill. Now show some to us and give us a pay rise.
