A HAIRY postman has lost much of his body hair but the NHS has gained around £900.
James Hixon-Broad, 45, from Twyford, has had his chest waxed for charity.
He told the Chronicle: “I decided to do this because I thought it would give a good distraction during lockdown. I knew it would be popular amongst my friends, seeing me in pain whilst raising money for a great cause. It was very painful but nothing in comparison to what others are going through right now.”
His partner Kim Graham said: “It was nice to have a bit of light hearted fun during this difficult time. But raising money for our amazing NHS and to show our appreciation is what this was all about.”
