Over two tonnes of packages have arrived on the Rock, with more arriving every day, following severe interruptions to the Royal Mail's international operations.
Postal strikes last year and a cyber-attack in January mean that up to three months worth of mail is only now landing in Gibraltar.
The director for Postal Services, Glendon Martinez, said the backlog has not affected daily operations.
